Trade Lounge Request access

We're building the trading tool we couldn't find.

Trade Lounge exists because every product we tried asked us to trust a number we couldn't check.

WHERE THIS CAME FROM

Trade Lounge started as a private tool. It was built because the alternatives all shared the same flaw: they'd give you an answer, and no way to examine it. Ask why the number was 72 and there was nothing behind the curtain, just a promise that the maths was good.

That's a fine way to build a product people churn out of. It's a terrible way to build one people rely on.

So the first decision was the one everything else follows from: anything the product asserts, it has to be able to show its working for. Every other choice since has been downstream of that.

How we work.

We hold ourselves to research discipline rather than marketing discipline. In practice that means three habits, and they're unglamorous.

Decisions written down first.

How a result will be judged is committed to before the result is looked at. It's the only reliable defence against finding the answer you were hoping for.

Validated on data it has never seen.

Nothing reaches a user until it has held up on data it played no part in shaping.

Most of it gets thrown away.

Far more has been built and discarded than has ever shipped. That isn't waste, that's the filter working.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

A tool you can't interrogate is a tool you shouldn't trust.

Being right slowly beats being confident quickly.

The honest version of a number is usually less impressive and more useful.

If we can't defend a claim, we don't make it.

We could publish a backtest today. Everyone does. But a backtest of your own design, scored on the same data it was tuned on, isn't evidence, it's a well-dressed opinion.

So there are no numbers on this site, and there won't be until they've been earned somewhere we couldn't have influenced.

Where we're going.

IN BETA

Crypto first.

Continuous markets and clean data, the right place to prove a method before taking it anywhere harder.

IN BETA

Both layers in one place.

Technical signals and market context, together rather than in two browser tabs.

ROADMAP

Equities, then execution.

Equities once we can support them properly. Automated execution after that, and only after months of paper-trading validation.

If that sounds like the tool you've been missing, come and break it for us.
